Frequently asked questions

• How do I enrol for training?
  You can either send through your request by filling in the form on our website under the Request for First Aid Training tab, or simply call us on 1300 66 88 55
• How do I complete my course?
  You will be required to complete some theory prior to coming in, which you can do with either a workbook and manual that we post out or over the internet, through our website. You will need to answer all the multiple choice questions prior to attending just 6 hours of face to face training.
• When and where are the courses run?
  Courses are held in our head office in Mayfield West, NSW.  We hold regular training to which dates can be viewed on our course calendar. Please select the Course calendar tab on the home page.
  Alternatively if you are situated outside of the Newcastle area we can refer you to the nearest instructor. Our instructors hold regular training in all states and we will be more than happy to refer you. Please call 1300 66 88 55
• Is the course recognised?
  Yes. All our training is Nationally Recognised and Accredited by VETAB.
• When will I receive my certificate?
  If you train in our head office and you have completed your theory, you can expect to receive your certificate by the next working day. If you train with one of our friendly instructors, in another location, certificates will be available once paperwork is received in head office and processed.
