Getting started
This course is comprised of seven (7) modules. Each module is followed by a short quiz, and each quiz requires a 100% pass mark before proceeding on to the next module. Don't panic .... our job is to help everyone meet these goals.
To correct your answers at any stage, use the PREVIOUS button at the bottom of the page instead of the BACK button on your browser
You can complete this course at your own pace provided all quizzes are completed before your scheduled face to face training.
When you are ready to start your online course, select Module 1 from the menu above. When you feel you are ready to move on, complete the quiz at the end of the module, and on successfully answering all questions you will be provided with the access code for the next module and quiz.
You will be emailed the results of each quiz attempt, and if your score is 100% this email will include your next access code. For this reason you must enter your correct email address wherever required. It is important that you safely store the codes we provide.
Once you have completed all modules and quizzes you are ready for your scheduled face to face training.
